The trust in photography declines as image manipulations through artificial intelligence (AI) and other techniques rise continuesly. Based on three portraits of renown photographers the film shows the challenges and the dangers of that turning point. How can we continue to communicate and to trust the images we see in the world, when we can no longer distinguish a real photograph from an AI-generated image?
