«Apenas el sol» by Arami Ullón has been nominated for the Swiss Film Award in the category "Best Documentary". The award ceremony will take place on the 25th March in Zurich. Until then, keep your fingers crossed.

NOTHING BUT THE SUN (Apenas el sol) by Arami Ullon was selected for the upcoming edition of Hot Docs, the most important documentary film festival in North America. It will be shown in the World Showcase programm.

«Apenas el sol» by Arami Ullon will celebrate its world premiere as opening film of the international Documentary Festival in Amsterdam 2020 and be part of the very prestigious International Competition for Best Feature Documentary. "Who are we?" by Edgar Hagen will celebrate its World Premiere this Saturday, on November 22nd, during the prestigous documentary film festival IDFA in Amsterdam.

«Out of the Game – Life After Burnout» by Sören Senn, nominated for the Prix de Soleure 2017, will be released in selected Swiss German theaters the 18th of January 2018. Special events with Sören Senn (director), Matthias N. (protagonist) and invited guests will take place in Berne (18th of January, 6.30 pm, Kino Rex), Thun (23rd of January, 7.30 pm, Kino Rex) and Zurich (28th of January, 11.30 am, Riffraff).

Arami Ullóns award-winning debut is available on VOD from 18th of May on. In Switzerland, Germany and Austria on platforms such as Google Play, Microsoft Store and Amazon, in Latin America on iTunes. Other countries will follow soon!

This year, Cineworx Filmproduktion will attend the international coproduction event «Pitching du Réel» (Visions Du Réel, Nyon, 26th and 27th of April)! 15 out of more than 160 projects got chosen for the pitch – one of them is «I left without a closer look» («Me fui sin mirarte de cerca»), the new documentary project by Arami Ullón. An excellent opportunity for the further development of this promising project!

Charly returns to the screen: Sören Senns feature film «Charlys Comeback» will be shown on SRF2 the 8th of February 2017 at 8.10 pm – perfectly in time with the Alpine Ski World Championships in St. Moritz! The film tells the story of Charly Bösch, a former slalom specialist, who returns back to his hometown Wildhaus after more than 35 years abroad. Will he be able to win over Margrit, the love of his youth, once again?

«Weg vom Fenster» by Sören Senn will be shown on SRF1 the 26th of January 2017 at 8.05 pm. The touching story of Matthias N. who remembers his recovery from a heavy «burnout» was received with great enthusiasm by the audience during the 52th Solothurn Film Festival. Tune in and let yourself be touched by this impressive documentary!

The premiere of Sören Senns new documentary «Weg vom Fenster» takes place during the Solothurn Film Festival on Friday, 20th of January 2017 at 3 pm. A second screening of the film follows on Wednesday, 25th of January 2017 at 11:30 am. We are also very happy about the nomination of «Weg vom Fenster» for the Jury Prize «Prix de Soleure» that was officially announced today. Nominated are films that are characterized by a strong sense of humanism. This year's jury consists out of director Sabine Gisiger, head diplomat Cornelio Sommaruga and actor Anatole Taubman. We are looking forward to a great festival!

Today, 21st of November 2016, we start shooting our new feature film «Il mangiatore di pietre» by Nicola Bellucci in the Piedmont region. The adaption of the novel by the Italian author Davide Longo tells the story of a murder in a remote, mountainous border region associated with conflicts due to the filthy business of smuggling and plans of revenge. With Luigi Lo Cascio, Vincenzo Crea, Ursina Lardi, Bruno Todeschini and Leonardo Nigro!

«El tiempo nublado» directed by Arami Ullón won the prize as best documentary at the Festival «Tenemos que ver» in Montevideo in Uruguay!

On 28th of May at 5:30 pm, «El tiempo nublado» will be shown at the Innsbruck International Film Festival.

On 24th of January 2016, Sören Senn's «Canzun Alpina» with the wonderful Ursina Lardi will be screened at 6:30 pm in the cinema «Palace» as a part of the 51st Solothurn Film Festival.

Arami Ullón’s «El Tiempo nublado» has been selected as Paraguay’s official entry in the foreign-language film category of the Academy Awards. It is the first time the country has submitted a film. We are so happy!

On August 3rd «El tiempo nublado» by Arami Ullón was successfully released in Paraguay. The subject of the film created strong controversions within the country. In the end the office for the care of old people in Paraguay is going to create a series of activities for old people to discuss the topic.

«El tiempo nublado» by Arami Ullón won at the 27th edition of the Cinélatino film festival in Toulouse the SIGNIS Award, offered by the catholic association for communication, and the Prize of the Jury consisting of pupils. The film will be released in theaters in Switzerland at the 7th of May.

«El tiempo nublado» by Arami Ullón will be screened at the 50. Solothurner Filmtagen on Saturday 24.01.15 at 1:45pm in the Landhaus and on Wednesday 28.01.15, 8:15pm in the Canva Blue.
